Is there a setup fee?
Only for the heavier modules. There's a $250 one-time setup fee, charged at checkout, the first time your plan includes the Meta Ads Engine, SEO & Google, or Outbound Engine. The Hub and AI Receptionist have no setup fee, and you never pay setup twice for the same module. The setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has started. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with no early-termination fee.
Is ad spend included in the Meta Ads Engine?
No — and that's by design. It's your budget, in your ad account, so you always own your data and control your spend. We build, run, and optimize the campaigns; you decide how much fuel goes in the tank.
Are there contracts?
None. Everything is month to month — no long-term contract. Add modules, drop modules, or cancel any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't refund partial months. If we're not earning our keep, you shouldn't be paying us.
What exactly is the free trial?
The real system, live on your business, for 7 days before your first monthly charge. You enter a card at checkout; unless you cancel before the 7 days are up, your plan converts to paid automatically and renews monthly, and we email you a reminder before that happens. Plans with the Meta Ads Engine, SEO & Google, or Outbound Engine include a one-time $250 setup fee charged at checkout. You also get a starter website we build for you, yours to keep either way. How much does it cost?
Plans start at $97/month, and most clients start at $297/month. The Hub — a hosted website with booking and lead capture — is $97/month. The 24/7 AI receptionist is a $200/month module added to the Hub, so the Hub plus receptionist (our Never Miss a Call stack) is $297/month. Bigger stacks with local SEO or ads run $397–$997/month. We're based in Springfield, Virginia and work with local businesses across Northern Virginia — Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Annandale, Burke, Falls Church, and Woodbridge. Everything is delivered online, so businesses outside the area work with us too.
